What areas can be treated with EvolveX Transform?
Any area of the body below the neck can be treated. The most popular areas treated are the abdomen, the flanks “love handles”, the back bra line area “back fat”, the buttocks, the thighs, and the underarms “batwings”. Some men also use EvolveX Transform to decrease the fat in the chest area around the nipple.
Am I a candidate for EvolveX Transform?
There are very few conditions that are a contradiction for the treatment. A person with a pacemaker or a metal implant in the area being treated wouldn’t be permitted to use EvolveX, or persons with medical conditions that are activated by heat such as erythema ab igne. EvolveX is not a weight-loss method; it’s best for excess, stubborn areas of skin or fat that you want tightened and that are resistant to diet and regular exercise. EvolveX is not recommended for those with a body mass index over 30, and it’s not a replacement for liposuction.
How is an EvolveX Transform treatment performed and what should I expect to feel during and after treatment?
The treatment is done by applying ultrasonic gel to the area and applying applicator “pucks” on top of the gel. The pucks are held onto the skin with a soft Velcro belt. During the procedure, you can expect a warming of the skin followed by a tingling sensation and then muscle contractions in the specific area being treated. The treatment is titrated to your individual tolerance level in order to eliminate any discomfort. After the treatment, there may be some redness of the skin or slight swelling at the treated area, but this usually disappears after a few hours. Treatments usually last approximately 1 hour, and the muscle contraction portion is 30 minutes of that time. During those 30 minutes, there are approximately 288,000 pulses achieved to the muscles! While no downtime is associated with the treatment, you’ll want to avoid scratching, rubbing, or applying any excess heat to the area immediately after. A hot shower can make the area feel sensitive in the days that follow, but this is not anything to worry about.
How many treatments are needed?
EvolveX Transform is a multiple-treatment procedure and you will need approximately six sessions to see results. Treatments need to be done consistently at 1-week intervals for maximum benefit.

For patients who maintain a healthy and stable weight through regular exercise and a balanced diet, EvolveX Transform body contouring results can last for years.
